When Life Gives you Tangerines on Netflix!

The first 4 episodes of "When Life Gives You Tangerines" is up on Netflix with a batch of new episodes releasing every Friday this month! I've had the pleasure of being the English voice for Ae-Sun and Geum-myeong as portrayed by the incredible IU! Getting to closely look at her performance was an acting masterclass in itself.

Thank you Netflix and Igloo Music for having me on this beautiful show. Directors Claudia Zie, Vernon Scott, and Sharon Park worked so hard on this together. Majority of my sessions were with Claudia and she was so quick with wrangling the script to fit the actors mouths and kept each session so pleasant to return to each day.  Thank you to recording engineers Drew Gillis, Guy Arad, and Riley Finkle for keeping the energy up and chatting about how we can improve each other's work flow.

I spent a whopping 104 hours in the booth and laughed and cried so much. I hope you'll all give it a chance and fall in love with it too.

Inutade in Delicious in Dungeon

I'm the English voice of the cutest ogre ever (and now your new favorite), Inutade in the latest ep of Delicious in Dungeon up on Netflix!

How many squats do you think it'll take to get legs like hers?

Thank you Netflix, Bang Zoom Entertainment, and director Lucien Dodge for having me!

Sawako Kuronuma in Kimi ni Todoke / From Me to You on Netflix

I can't believe I get to say that I'm the English voice of Sawako (not Sadako) Kuronuma in Kimi Ni Todoke / From Me to You Season 1 and 2 on Netflix!

Huge thank you to Bangzoom, Mami Okada, AJ Gam, Julie Maddelena Kliewer, Erica Mendez, and Netflix for having me.

Shoutout to sound engineers and mixers Isaac Caldas, Esgardo Valadez, John Shieh, Jay Brannen, and Kenneth Thompson for having to record and work with the soft voice I used for Sawako. Thank you for the fun sessions and for making us all sound amazing!

This show has been a long time favorite of mine and was a dream role I never thought would come true. Getting to balance comedy with drama in one character is every actor's hope and desire and I felt a lot of pressure not to screw this up because I love this show so much.

Sawako is bright, naive, unintentionally creepy, silly, sensitive, and extremely expressive. The comedic timing of her silly faces would catch me off guard every time! If you haven't seen it yet and love a slow burn rom-com, please check it out!
